Thank you for shopping with Oriza. This policy explains how your order is processed and shipped, and how we handle damaged items.
Where We Ship
We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States. We look forward to taking Oriza worldwide in the near future.
Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically take about 5–7 business days to be delivered after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email.
Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
Oriza does not offer returns or refunds. If you received a damaged product, we are happy to exchange it, as long as the item is unopened and the issue is declared within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Oriza is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
